CHIEF OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE MANAGEMENT 

Jane has been with the Virginia Marine Resources Commission since 1977 and has been Finance Chief since January 2004.

She is responsible for the agency’s extensive and intricate financial accounting, budgeting, procurement, grants, property leases, internal audits, contract administration, and business systems. 

She earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary and a Master’s of Business Administration from Old Dominion University.

Her hobbies include history, genealogy and gardening.
