A pair of Liberty Ships, the USNS Page and USNS Mona Isle, are the main structures on this circular reef site. The ships were acquired and sunk through the efforts of the Seaside Sport Fishing Improvement Association, which held the original permit for this reef site.

The Liberty Ships are located at the extreme southern end of the reef site. The ships have been on the bottom for over 30 years, and the side-scan shows how they have broken and moved apart.

A 90 ft. USCG barge, an 85 ft. trawler, F/V Prince of Peace, and military vehicles were also located on this site.

 

Tires-in-concrete surround the center of this reef site.

 

Redbird Subway Cars

In 2003, fifty "Redbird" subway cars were added.

 

 

On May 19, 2009, 44 New York City MTA stainless steel subway cars were deployed.
